Aqua Park	20 mins	Water Park and Dolphin Show. Open 10am until 6pm daily.	Very little shade - take care
Loro Park	1 hour 45 mins	Parkland, sea lion and dolphin shows, Sea World walkway and the amazing Planet Penguin, picnic area.	Great day out for all ages. Very popular and can therefore get very busy.
Mount Teide	1 hour 45 mins	Volcano crater, lunar landscape, cable car, forest areas.	Amazing scenery and fantastic views. Go early to beat the buses. Can be chilly.
Las Galletas	15 mins	Typical Canarian village, pebble beach, harbour, shopping, restaurants.	Try some tapas and other Canarian dishes. Very friendly and welcoming.
Los Abrigos	15 mins	Local fishing village, famous for its fish restaurants, Tuesday night market.	Main attraction is the restaurants.
El Medano	20 mins	Natural sand beach, bars, restaurants, popular with residents, Sunday fruit and vegetable market, famous for windsurfing.	Not a good idea on a windy day.
Candelaria	50 mins	The most important village on the island, home to the Black Madonna and her guards, the statues of the Guanche Kings.	Spanish village, crafts, tapas, August is the time of the pilgrimage and therefore very busy.
Parque las Aguilas	30 mins	A variety of activities and shows for all ages. Open 10am until 6pm daily.	A good trip out for all ages.
Las Gangarras	20 mins	Designed to show visitors the typical culture of a Canarian Village, experience Tenerife´s history and true Canarian food and wines.	It is advisable to book restaurants in the evenings.
Los Cristianos	20 mins	Harbour, beaches, shopping, bars and restaurants.	Parking is difficult. Use the harbour car park.
Playa de las Americas	20 mins	Largest tourist area on the island. Beaches, shopping, bars, restaurants and nightlife.	Parking is difficult. Not the place for a quiet night out.
Los Gigantes	50 mins	Famous for its dramatic cliffs, harbour, beach and shopping.	Parking is difficult.
Puerto de la Cruz	1 hour 45 mins	The capital of the North, completely different scenery, the "green" side of the island.	Weather can vary and be more erratic than in the south.
